We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened food or herbal supplements.
  • Perishable goods with short shelf life.
  • Customized or special-order items.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order details and the reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our return address
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost once the defective product is returned.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos as proof for faster resolution.
