- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.
❌ Non-returnable items:
- Opened food or herbal supplements.
- Perishable goods with short shelf life.
- Customized or special-order items.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order details and the reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our return address
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost once the defective product is returned.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos as proof for faster resolution.
